LINC took over the security system installation on our 100m+ new build at a critical stage after the original supplier was unable to deliver on time. The quality of their work and documentation has been impeccable, and their ongoing support has been prompt, responsive and, most importantly, highly knowledgeable. Overall, YachtAware is a product that tends to spark a bit of envy among other AV/IT and ETO professionals when they see its features and the responsiveness of the interface. We implemented a ‘Yacht Aware’ security solution on an 88m new build and I have been extremely impressed, it’s intuitive, clean and genuinely easy to use.
One of the biggest positives for me has been how quickly crew are able to get comfortable with the system. It gives them the functionality they need without unnecessary complexity, meaning they can operate it effectively day to day with very little support or additional training.
The ability to integrate access control using Paxton hardware is another major advantage, bringing CCTV and access management together into a practical, cohesive solution.
From both a technical and operational perspective, Yacht Aware have clearly put a lot of thought into how these systems are Actively used onboard. I’ve been very impressed with the product and support as a whole and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, crew-friendly CCTV and access control solution for a yacht.
